Terms of Service

Last updated September 4, 2026

PoliSites is a sole proprietorship operated by Brad Booth in Punta Gorda, Florida. These terms describe use of our website and the general conditions for our website and creative services. Contact info@polisites.com with questions.

Project agreements and scope

A written proposal, order, or project agreement accepted by both parties defines the specific work, fees, schedule, ownership, and support arrangement. It controls if it conflicts with these general terms for that project. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Package descriptions are starting points for a written scope. We confirm additional work and charges before proceeding. Submitting an inquiry does not authorize payment, create an obligation to purchase, approve public content, or authorize launch.

Timelines depend on content readiness, access, third-party services, approvals, and timely feedback. A guaranteed deadline applies only if expressly agreed in writing.

Payments, cancellation, and ongoing services

We accept payments through Stripe. The project agreement states payment milestones, deposits, cancellation and refund rules, recurring charges, and third-party costs before work begins. These website terms do not create automatic renewal or make all payments nonrefundable.

Hosting, domain services, maintenance, updates, and messaging are included only as stated in the agreement. The chosen service determines support expectations, backups, renewals, and handoff responsibilities. Hostinger provides our hosting services; external platforms also have their own terms.

Client responsibilities and approval

You must be authorized to act for the client and provide materials you have the right to use. Clients review the accuracy of biographies, claims, endorsements, election information, photographs, and other public content, and identify required disclaimers and permissions.

Clients approve the final public content and launch. Later changes follow the applicable review process. PoliSites does not provide legal, campaign-finance, or election-law advice. Each party remains responsible for obligations that the law places on it.

Acceptable use

Our services may not be used for unlawful activity, impersonation, fraud, malicious software, unauthorized access, harassment, or infringement of another person's rights. You may not impersonate an election authority or publish deceptive instructions about voting eligibility, dates, locations, or methods.

Messaging may not be used for unsolicited bulk messages, purchased consent, or attempts to bypass opt-outs or provider restrictions. We may pause affected services when reasonably necessary to address a security threat, legal requirement, or material violation. We will explain the issue and available next steps when lawful and practical.

Client data and messaging services

Clients must have the necessary rights and permissions to provide personal information for processing. Supporter, volunteer, donor, and subscriber information must be handled under the applicable privacy notice and service agreement. The work may require a separate data-processing agreement.

SMS consent belongs to the identified sender and stated program. It may not be reused for another campaign or for PoliSites marketing. Where messaging is included, the agreement must assign responsibility for registration, consent records, opt-outs, and provider requirements before activation.

PoliSites text communications

If you choose to receive texts from PoliSites, the signup disclosure will identify the types of messages and whether they are recurring or automated. We use your consent only for that disclosed purpose. Message frequency varies with the program and your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance. You may receive one cancellation confirmation. You can also contact info@polisites.com for help or to withdraw consent. Tell us if your number changes.

Delivery depends on mobile networks and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we protect mobile information and consent. Agreeing to a project or acknowledging the cookie notice does not enroll you in text messages.

Ownership and permissions

You retain rights in materials you supply and give PoliSites permission to use them to perform the agreed services. The project agreement and applicable licenses define ownership or licensing of final deliverables, source files, software, stock assets, and third-party components.

Permission to feature client work in a portfolio is agreed separately. Supplying private project materials does not give us permission to publish them as a testimonial or endorsement.

External platforms and outcomes

Domain registrars, hosting infrastructure, payment and donation providers, messaging networks, and other external services have their own terms and availability. The project agreement defines responsibility for accounts, fees, renewals, and access.

PoliSites does not guarantee election results, donations, supporter growth, search rankings, uninterrupted external services, or messaging registration approval. Service commitments expressly made in a project agreement remain in effect.

Questions, disputes, and changes

Contact info@polisites.com promptly about a concern so we can try to resolve it. Any project-specific governing-law or dispute provisions belong in the accepted project agreement, subject to applicable law.

We may update these website terms by posting a revised date. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted project agreement or expand SMS consent. Material project changes require agreement through the applicable project process.
