PoliSites
Privacy Policy
Last updated September 4, 2026
PoliSites is a sole proprietorship operated by Brad Booth in Punta Gorda, Florida. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, contact us, request services, or choose to receive communications from us.
For privacy questions or requests, email info@polisites.com.
Information you provide
We collect information you choose to send us, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, project requirements, billing contact details, and correspondence. Project materials may include biographies, photographs, campaign priorities, public contact information, links, and documents. These materials can reveal political affiliations or opinions. Please provide only information needed for the project and materials you are authorized to share.
If you opt in to text messages, we may keep your phone number, communication preferences, message history, and records of your consent and opt-out requests.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver projects, provide support, process payments, maintain business records, protect our services, and meet applicable obligations. We use client materials to perform the agreed work. Clients review and approve public content before launch.
Providing contact information for a project does not, by itself, enroll you in recurring promotional texts. We use personal information for optional marketing only as permitted by law and the choices you make.
Service providers and payments
We use Hostinger for hosting and may use ChatGPT Sites for preview versions. Hosting providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and access times, to deliver and protect the website. Google services, including Apps Script, Drive, and Sheets, support our intake and project organization where those services are connected.
We use Stripe to accept payments. When you pay through Stripe, it processes payment and transaction information under its Privacy Policy. We may receive billing contact details, payment status, transaction records, and limited payment-method information needed to manage the purchase. Do not send payment-card details through a general inquiry form or email.
Providers that help with hosting, storage, payments, or communications receive information needed for those services. We do not sell or rent personal information, or share it with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information and consent
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to hear from PoliSites is not transferred to a client campaign, another organization, or another sender.
Providers that operate our messaging service may process mobile information only as needed to deliver messages, document consent, and honor opt-out requests on our behalf. We do not authorize them to use it for their own marketing. No other sharing provision in this policy permits the sale or marketing use of mobile opt-in data or consent.
Opting out and getting help
To stop PoliSites text messages, reply STOP to the number that sent the message. We will honor your request and may send one confirmation. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@polisites.com. You can also contact us directly to withdraw consent.
Use the unsubscribe link in promotional emails or email us to request removal. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary nonmarketing communication about services you requested through an appropriate channel.
Cookies and browser storage
PoliSites does not add advertising pixels or analytics cookies to this website. Our cookie notice uses browser local storage to remember that you have acknowledged it. The record contains a notice version and expiry time, not your name, email address, or a tracking identifier. We stop honoring it after 180 days and remove an expired record when you next visit.
You can reopen the notice using the Cookie notice button at the bottom of any page. Clear this website's data in your browser to remove the saved acknowledgment sooner. If browser storage is unavailable, you can still use the website, but the notice may appear again.
Hosting, security, and payment services may use cookies or similar technologies needed to operate their features. Stripe's payment pages follow Stripe's own cookie and privacy practices. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives technical information associated with the request, including your IP address. See Google Fonts privacy information.
If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this notice and provide the applicable controls before enabling it. Acknowledging the current notice does not authorize future advertising or analytics tracking.
Client campaign information
Each Client Campaign Site identifies the campaign or organization it serves. That client's privacy notice explains its use of supporter, volunteer, donor, and subscriber information. This policy does not enroll you in a client's communications.
When we process personal information for a client, we handle it under the applicable service agreement and the client's lawful instructions. We do not use a client's supporter lists to market PoliSites or another client. Contact the relevant campaign about its records. If you contact us about information we handle for a campaign, we will help route your request.
Retention, security, and legal requests
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Consent and suppression records may be retained to document and honor communication choices. Retention depends on the record's purpose, the project agreement, and applicable requirements. Records may remain in backups until those backups are replaced.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, government identification numbers, or private voter or donor databases through a general inquiry form.
We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to safety. These circumstances do not authorize marketing use of your information.
Your privacy requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of your personal information, or to restrict certain uses. Email info@polisites.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity. We will explain any applicable limits, including records we must retain or requests that must be handled by a client campaign.
Children and external websites
Our business services are intended for adults and authorized organization representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can review and address it. Client-supplied materials involving minors require appropriate permissions.
Other websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information.
Policy updates
We will post revisions here and update the date above. We will provide additional notice or seek consent where required. A policy update does not expand the scope of an existing SMS opt-in.
